PCG supported the approximately $250 million PortMiami Harbor Deepening in an owner & sponsor representative capacity during project delivery.

This included technical and commercial oversight, project risk, schedule and budget control, contractor matters, change orders, and claims throughout construction and project implementation.

Harvest Cay | Belize
Cruise Destination Development | Project Delivery

Norwegian Cruise Line’s Harvest Caye development transformed an undeveloped island into a purpose-built cruise destination with dedicated marine access and berthing infrastructure.

The assignment encompassed marine feasibility, vessel access, and risk assessment, together with dredging and marine infrastructure advisory, procurement support, construction management, and project delivery.

Blue Haven Marina | Turks & Caicos Islands
Marina Development | Technical Advisory

Blue Haven Marina was developed as a luxury marina and waterfront destination in Providenciales, designed to accommodate superyachts.

PCG’s role included marina planning and layout optimization, owner & sponsor advisory, and project delivery, with oversight throughout the development process.

Port of Progreso | Yucatán, Mexico
Vessel Access, Marine Feasibility | Project Delivery

The Port of Progreso is being expanded to accommodate larger vessels and support the continued development of Yucatán’s cruise and commercial port activities.

PCG’s role includes marine feasibility and vessel access assessments, bridge simulation, dredging advisory, and project delivery for Carrix/SSA Marine.

Bangladesh Regional Waterway Transport Project | Bangladesh
Owner & Sponsor Advisory | Financing Support

The World Bank-financed program was developed to improve navigability along the strategic Dhaka–Chittagong–Ashuganj inland waterway corridor through a long-term, performance-based contracting dredge contract project delivery model.

PCG provided strategic, technical, procurement, and financing advisory at the owner & sponsor level, including the development and structuring of the performance-based dredging contract model through implementation.
